Opened in 2023, this fully refurbished London property provides secure, community-based accommodation for up to 29 vulnerable adults living with learning or physical disabilities, and who require extra support while living independently.

To meet the needs of local demand, Civitas repurposed the property with the support and input from the Care Provider, ensuring it meets the needs of both individuals and the Registered Provider, who manges the property on a day-to-day basis.

The property comprises 29 part furnished modern studio apartments, with fitted kitchens, tiled bathrooms and entertaining space. These apartments are complemented by a large, shared lounge and dining area, communal gardens and laundry facilities.  

There is 24/7 provision of care on site, provided by a leading specialist care provider specialising in complex mental health needs and associated behaviours.
